use Base Telecom long distance service at the same time.
- Which cities is your service available from?
Our service is available from anywhere in Canada and USA.
The advertised rates are available from our local access
numbers in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton,
Vancouver, Hamilton, Kitchener, London and Windsor. Additional
$0.08 c per minute will be added to the rates when you are
use 1-866-274-9998.
- Can I use my mobile phone calling to other countries
with your service?
Yes! You can use our service from your mobile phone at the
same rates!
- How long does it take to get your service?
It usually takes from 1 to 12 hours during a business day
to be activated.
- Can I use your service from my business phone
and get these calls billed to my residential phone and vice
a verse.
Yes! You can be billed either to your business or residential
address.
- Can I use your service if caller ID on my phone
is blocked?
Yes! You can use our service from phone with blocked caller
ID. You have to dial access number and enter your PIN.
- Can I use your service if my office uses PBX?
Yes! You can. You have to dial access number and enter your
PIN.
- How could I pay your bills?
You can pay by credit card, cheque, money order or cash.
- What is speed dialer?
This feature will assist you reduce the number of keys that
you have to punch in on your phone. Simply you can provide
us with the list of your most dialed destinations and we’ll
assign for them special 2-digit code, so you won’t
need do dial the whole number, but the 2-digit code only.
Speed dialing means your destination number will get a personal
2-digit code. When you’d like to call to this number
you’ll dial access number and instead of full 11-14
digits destination number you’ll dial only 2 digits
your personal code of this number.
- Will I get a separate bill from Base Telecom?
Yes! You will get separate detailed monthly statement.
- How are calls billed?
Calls are billed in 60 seconds increments.
- When does my call really begin?
Your call begins 10 sec after your destination number answers.
